The Community hub inside our Helpdesk lets you post 4 types of content within our community. These are Ideas, Questions, Problems and Discussions. Each of these serves a particular purpose. It's a great way to debate and collaborate within our community.
Our Tutors and Students can ask specific questions about our business, within this community hub. We then answer these questions right here, your questions will be marked as 'answered' soon.
Problems are issues that our website users face when they interact with our business. They can describe the exact problem(s) they faced. We can convert the 'problem' into a support ticket and our customers updated on its status.
Ideas from our Tutors and Students often lead to new directions. We allow them to share their ideas within our community. Let there be real democracy within our community as you vote for our new ideas. Most popular ideas will be sent to our management for approval.
