How do I know if a learner has booked my group class?

When someone makes a booking in a group class, a new booking id is created which is visible in the “bookings” section of your Edulyte dashboard. A new participant will be added to the group chat and we will also send you an email notification.

If you allowed enrolment after start date, learners will get access to all future sessions.

On the learner side - They are added to the group chat (messages), a new booking is created for the transaction, they automatically subscribe to all the scheduled events (for the class) which are accessible in their Calendar.

Add support@edulyte.com in your email contact so that emails land into your inbox, not spam folder.
