How to motivate learners to keep learning?

Motivating learners is not an easy task, but the reward of it is more than worth it. 

  1. Give learners a sense of control

  2. Know and use the learner’s name as often as possible 

  3. Try to create a threat-free environment 

  4. Let them experience new things which help them in better learning 

  5. Use positive competition and offer rewards

  6. Make goals high but attainable
