  • Referred user must be a new user of Edulyte

  • Code / link must be used when signing up

  • Referral is considered to be successful when a referred user completes the very first financial transaction.

  • The first transaction must not be refunded or cancelled by the referred user.

  • Payments for all the successful referrals will be made to the digital wallet.

  • This offer may not be combined with any other offer, promotional code coupon or discount, separated, redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or bartered.

  • You must not make false or misleading statements or promise something unrealistic to any prospective learner. We will use all available information / technology to prevent abuse of this program.

  • Payments for all the successful referrals will be made to the digital wallet.

  • You must seek help if in doubt, we take branding and reputation seriously.

  • Users must adhere to our Terms of service and privacy policy.

  • Company reserves the right to modify, pause or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
